Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking number when your order has shipped. 

 If your package was delivered, but has not been received, we suggest waiting a few USPS business days to see if the package arrives. Oftentimes it was mistakenly delivered to your neighbor, or the package comes a day or two after tracking says delivered. As a reminder, once we ship your package, ownership transfers to you. If you still haven't received your package a few days later, you can contact USPS or file a claim directly with USPS by clicking here.
